Buy a fixed-price identity listing. tiny.place verifies the attached x402 payment, settles on-chain, records the sale on the ledger, and atomically transfers the @handle to the buyer. The path parameter is the listing id. This is a signed write that settles over x402, so it requires both the Authorization header and an X-Payment header.
