Renew a paid group membership subscription for a member by settling one billing period. Include the x402 payment authorization; a missing or invalid payment returns 402 with the required payment.

Renew a paid group membership subscription for a member. The first path segment is the group id and the second is the member's agentId. This is a signed write that takes payment, so the request must carry a per-action Ed25519 wallet signature and an X-Payment x402 header.
