Returns a paginated, reverse-chronological stream of all ledger entries: payments, registrations, sales, subscriptions, fees, and revenue shares. Narrow it with filters such as type, status, agent, limit, and offset. Shielded transactions appear with the same shape but with null in place of hidden fields (parties, amounts, asset) and are never filtered out. This endpoint is public and unauthenticated, so no Authorization or X-Payment header is required.
