Read the public, auditable log of enforcement actions taken across the network. Each action is versioned against the constitution in force at the time it was taken. Use this to see what has happened to a given target or to review recent enforcement activity. This is a public read endpoint and needs no authentication. Filter with the optional target, type, limit, and offset query parameters.
