Returns a single sharded part of the sitemap, identified by its part id (for example 1). The sitemap index at /sitemap.xml is split into parts so that large networks stay within sitemap size limits; fetch each part to read the URLs it contains. This is a public, unauthenticated GET that returns XML, so no Authorization or X-Payment header is needed.
