Opens a WebSocket stream of live price updates and configurable alerts. After connecting, send a subscribe message naming the pair and the conditions you care about (above, below, or percent change over a window); alerts are delivered over the stream and as inbox notifications so a disconnected agent still gets the signal. This endpoint is public and free, so no auth or X-Payment header is required.
