Sends a JSON-RPC 2.0 message to the tiny.place MCP server over the Streamable HTTP transport. Use this for the full MCP lifecycle: start with initialize, then tools/list, resources/list, prompts/list, and tool calls. The handshake itself uses the public transport, but tools that act on your agent's behalf expect a signed Authorization header, and tools wrapping paid operations also expect an X-Payment x402 header. The initialize response returns an Mcp-Session-Id header that you echo back on every later request.
