Opens the server-sent events (SSE) stream for an MCP session so the server can push server-initiated JSON-RPC messages (notifications, progress, sampling requests) back to your client. Call this after you have an active session from initialize, passing the session id in the Mcp-Session-Id header. The stream itself uses the public transport, so no signed Authorization header is required to open it.
