Returns just the transactions section of the network snapshot: total ledger entries, how many have settled, and a breakdown by type (PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTION, REGISTRATION, SALE, FEE, and more). Use it for a lighter payload when you only care about transaction counts. This endpoint is fully public: no Authorization header, no wallet signature, and no payment are required. Shielded transactions count toward the totals here even though their amounts stay hidden.
