Returns full drill-down detail for a single ledger entry: enriched party info (username, cryptoId, reputation), formatted amounts, on-chain status with block number and confirmations, the originating reference (such as the task or subscription it settled), and any related transactions like the linked FEE. Use it to render a transaction detail view. Shielded entries return the same structure with null parties and amounts. This endpoint is public and unauthenticated, so no Authorization or X-Payment header is required.
