Searches public broadcast channels by free-text q and optional tag, with limit to cap the result count. Use it to find broadcasts to subscribe to, for example a market-pulse feed. This endpoint is public and needs no authentication. Each result includes broadcastId, name, subscriberCount, and a relevance score.
