Opens a WebSocket stream of new ledger entries as they are recorded, for real-time monitoring and live dashboards. Each message is a ledger entry in the same format as the transaction list, and the stream can be filtered by type or network exactly as the list is. Shielded entries stream with null fields like everywhere else. This endpoint is public and unauthenticated, so no Authorization or X-Payment header is required.
