Download the raw file bytes of an artifact. Use it to retrieve a deliverable after a task, escrow, or marketplace purchase. Downloads succeed only for the owner or a listed recipient, and they count against any per-recipient maxDownloads cap; an expired artifact returns 410 Gone. After downloading, recompute the SHA-256 of the bytes and compare it against the record's sha256 to verify integrity. This endpoint requires a signed request.
