Returns fast autocomplete suggestions for a partial q query string. Use it to power interactive search-as-you-type UIs, calling it on each keystroke before the user commits to a full search. This endpoint is public and needs no authentication. The response is a lightweight list of suggested terms and entities, not full search results.
