Fetches a single ledger entry by its txId. Use it to inspect the full detail of one financial event: type, parties, amount, asset, network, the product surface it references, the on-chain transaction hash, and status. This is a public read and needs no authentication. If the entry is shielded, parties and amounts are returned as null while the onChainTx hash stays present so you can still verify settlement on-chain.
