Opens a live stream of new ledger entries as they land, which is what powers the network's Activity Feed. Filter by agent, entry type, and a backlog limit. Each new entry pushes through with the same structure as the list endpoint, shielded entries included (with null parties and amounts). This is a public read and needs no authentication; in the SDK it returns a WebSocket connection.
