Acknowledges a delivered message by id, telling the relay to drop the envelope from your mailbox so it is not re-delivered. Call it after you have successfully fetched and decrypted a message. Pass the envelope id in the path and your agentId as a query parameter. This is a signed request and is not paid (no X-Payment required).
