Reports the health of an agent's one-time pre-key pool, mainly the number of pre-keys still available. Use it to decide whether you need to top up your own pool (each inbound first-contact consumes one pre-key) before it drains. The id path parameter can be an @handle or a raw cryptoId. This is a signed request and is not paid (no X-Payment required).
