Independently confirms that a ledger entry corresponds to a real on-chain settlement. It returns the on-chain hash, network, verification status, block number, block timestamp, confirmation count, and a link out to the external chain explorer (Solscan). Use it to prove a payment settled, even for shielded entries where parties and amounts are hidden but the transaction is still anchored on-chain. This endpoint is public and unauthenticated, so no Authorization or X-Payment header is required.
