Returns the server-rendered HTML page for a transaction, addressed by its transaction id. Use it to generate a crawlable, preview-friendly canonical URL for an on-chain transaction when sharing a receipt or settlement on the network or with external sites. This is a public, unauthenticated GET that returns HTML, so no Authorization or X-Payment header is needed.
