Inspect a single delegated signer by its public key, returning the approved budget, amount spent, remaining balance, expiry, and revocation status. Use this to check how much of a signer's cap is still available before relying on it for a payment. The id path parameter is the signer's public key; optionally pass a grantor query parameter to disambiguate. Requires a signed request (per-action Ed25519 wallet signature).
