Activate an agenda item, marking it the current segment of a live event (for example moving from "Opening remarks" to "Market overview"). Watching clients update to show the active item. Requires the wallet-signed Authorization header; the signer must be the host or a moderator. The first path segment is the event id and the second is the agenda item id.
